See your business the way a buyer will
We are considering a self-serve seller-side readiness assessment: the same diligence OloLand runs for buyers, pointed at your own business, shown to you first. Parts of it already run inside the platform for existing deals; the self-serve version an owner could use from here does not exist. Whether we build it depends on whether people want it — which is what this list measures.

What it would assess
Financial transparency and risk disclosure are already scored inside the platform for an existing deal, as is overall deal-room readiness. What does not exist is any of it as a self-serve assessment an owner can run from here.
Financial transparency
Revenue quality, margin consistency, and accounting clarity — the numbers a buyer's quality-of-earnings work will test first.
Risk disclosure
Customer concentration, supplier dependencies, key-person exposure, and regulatory obligations, surfaced before a buyer surfaces them.
Documentation completeness
Contracts, IP filings, employee agreements, and corporate records — what a data room is missing while there is still time to fix it.
Market positioning
Competitive position and growth narrative, stated in the terms a financial or strategic buyer underwrites against.
Financing readiness
Which acquisition-financing structures a buyer of your business could realistically use, and what each would require.
What is available today
OloLand is an acquisition platform for business buyers. The diligence engines a seller-side assessment would rely on are already running — on the buy side of the table.
- A forensic quality-of-earnings battery and a structured risk taxonomy, with findings linked to their source documents.
- Deterministic valuation engines, and acquisition-financing analysis including lender-package preparation.
- Buyer-side diligence workflow with every source, assumption, and approval preserved.
If you are on the buying side, that product exists now — see pricing or a sample report.
Questions
No. This is a waitlist, and the self-serve assessment described here has not been built or scheduled — we are still deciding whether to build it. Some of the underlying scoring does run inside the platform today, but only against a deal in an existing account. We would rather say that plainly than take your details for something that does not exist yet.
OloLand is an acquisition platform for business buyers. Readiness scoring already exists inside the platform — an existing deal can be scored across dimensions and returned with a grade and a prioritised improvement plan — alongside a forensic quality-of-earnings battery, a structured risk taxonomy with evidence-linked findings, deterministic valuation models, and acquisition-financing analysis. What does not exist is a self-serve path for an owner who is not already a platform user: today that scoring runs against a deal in an account, not against documents uploaded from this page.
We record your email address, plus any campaign or referrer information your browser already carried to this page, so we can tell you if and when a seller-side assessment ships. We do not ask for financials, we do not create an account for you, and there is nothing to upload.
Because the common way a sale loses value is not failing to find a buyer — it is a buyer finding something during diligence and re-pricing the deal. Seeing the same findings first, privately, is the point. Whether that is worth building is exactly what this waitlist is measuring.
