What you actually build
Deal of the week
Point OloLand at an announced acquisition and it creates a third-party merger workspace, pulling the target’s filings, the acquirer’s filings, and the deal artifacts — 8-K, S-4, proxy — in parallel. Search them deterministically: once a document is indexed, a zero-match result means the language is verifiably absent from it.
The model set
Accretion/dilution with the breakeven synergy level, a combined DCF, and an LBO with IRR and MOIC — each a persisted engine run rather than model arithmetic. Export the LBO workbook to Excel, where it stays live-formula and recalculates when you change a cell.
The memo
An IC-style memo generated from the deal’s own snapshots and assumptions, alongside a premium benchmark and cited precedent transactions as their own persisted, citable runs. Where two documents disagree on revenue, EBITDA, net debt or total debt, both values are preserved and the conflict is flagged for review rather than silently averaged. Numeric claims are checked against the documents actually ingested.
The defense
Paste your own talking points back in and get a per-figure PASS, FAIL or UNVERIFIED verdict against the deal corpus — so you find the soft number before someone across a table does.

The free Developer tier includes 200 credits a month and one active deal — enough to take a live merger through the model set and the memo.
No credit card. Developer stays free and runs through the plugin; Pro is $199/month if you outgrow one deal at a time.
