Evidence pillar

Know what supports the deal.

OloLand connects source evidence, checked calculations, assumptions, and review decisions so acquisition work can be inspected and moved forward with its uncertainty intact.

Inspectable workflow

Evidence → professional judgment → action.

Start with the record, make the reasoning visible, and assign the next step. Each layer supports a different buyer question.

Evidence with scope

Keep source documents, versions, entity and period context, citations, contradictions, and unresolved gaps together so a reviewer can inspect what supports a conclusion.

Checked calculations

Use supported financial tools for DCF, LBO, scenarios, and other calculations with visible inputs and assumptions. A calculation check is evidence about arithmetic, not a guarantee about the investment case.

A reviewable chain

Connect a source observation to an assumption, calculation or scenario, concise rationale, conclusion, reviewer, and next action. Preserve disagreement until the responsible person resolves it.

Work that can move

Turn evidence gaps into assigned research, follow-up questions, memo preparation, or review tasks with a visible output, blocker, and approval state.

Permissioned records

Keep the deal record and permitted institutional context within the firm’s access boundary. Underlying accounting systems and source documents remain authoritative for their own domains.

Honest controls

Separate prepared, internally reviewed, externally delivered, and accepted states. Missing evidence and pending human decisions remain visible rather than being smoothed into certainty.

What a reviewer can inspect

  1. 1. Evidence. The source, version, scope, and conflicting observation.
  2. 2. Judgment. The assumption, checked calculation or scenario, rationale, uncertainty, and reviewer.
  3. 3. Action. The assigned task, output, blocker, and approval needed to proceed.

Where the product is still being proved

A comprehensive domain ontology, systems-thinking views, and automatic propagation from every changed relationship into every affected model are product direction. The roadmap distinguishes documented facts from causal hypotheses; a graph edge alone is not proof of causation.

A sovereign open-weight deployment path is also planned. Deployment boundary, licensing, quality, operations, and exit tests must be validated for each customer; the public site does not promise a generally available air-gapped or on-premises product.
