Scope & reliance: These reports are analytical screenings produced by OloLand's deterministic financial engines and generated on request for your workspace — no operations review step. Each section runs only when its required persisted inputs are present; a section that could not run is labeled unavailable and is never treated as a pass. They are not an audit, attestation, fairness opinion, or opinion of value, and are not a substitute for a Quality of Earnings engagement performed by a licensed accounting firm. Each report is prepared solely for the generating account for informational purposes; no other person may rely on it. OloLand's aggregate liability arising from a report is capped at the fees paid for the subscription under which it was generated. Findings are limited by the documents provided. See Terms of Service for the full terms.
FAQs
What is ololand.ai?
OloLand is the acquisition platform for business buyers. It connects opportunity screening, valuation, diligence, scenario analysis, evidence, assumptions, and human approvals in one persistent deal record.
Are the Pre-LOI Forensic Screen and Full QoE included in Pro?
Pro and above include the Pre-LOI Forensic Screen and Full QoE report generation — the raw forensic engines (analyze_forensic_qoe, dashboards) plus a formatted report PDF generated on request. There is no separate purchase or operations review step. Each section runs only when its required persisted inputs are present; unavailable sections are labeled and are never represented as passed.
How does Forensic QoE compare to Big-4 QoE?
A licensed-firm QoE can include management interviews, fieldwork, a signed opinion, and professional reliance. OloLand does not replace that engagement. The Pre-LOI Forensic Screen is an analytical screen for the evidence available before exclusivity: valuation gaps, visible red flags, and a diligence demand list. Use it to decide what to investigate next and whether a larger engagement is warranted.
What's the difference between Pre-LOI Screen and Full QoE?
Pre-LOI Screen delivers valuation-gap analysis, a red-flag screen on the documents you have before exclusivity, a diligence demand list, and a persistent evidence-linked report; it does not require GL access. The current self-serve Full QoE report supports transaction-level Benford, lapping, and journal-entry testing when their GL, bank, and AR inputs qualify. Beneish, EBITDA bridge, cross-document reconciliation, working-capital normalization, and revenue-quality deep dives are not currently supported in that report. Missing supported sections are labeled unavailable. Both reports are included in Pro and above.
Are there limits on how many deals I can run?
Each plan includes an active-deal allowance: Developer (free) runs 1 active deal, Pro up to 3 at a time, Team up to 10, and Enterprise is unlimited. Archiving or closing a deal frees a slot immediately — nothing is deleted. Usage is metered separately in credits — a usage unit metered per tool call. Pro includes 25,000 credits/month; Team includes 75,000 credits/month (shared); Enterprise allocations are set per contract. Lightweight tools (get_deal, list_deals, get_financial_snapshot) cost 1 credit each. DCF/LBO/Comps/Forensic QoE cost 10 credits. Full DD costs 25 credits. Memo and CIM generation cost 30 credits. So 25K credits supports roughly 800 IC memos, 2,500 DCFs, or 1,000 full DDs. When credits run out, buy a top-up pack or upgrade your plan.
How is ololand.ai different from ChatGPT or Claude alone?
ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini can reason and author across a deal. OloLand supplies the persistent acquisition record underneath them: deterministic financial engines, source-linked evidence, contradiction trails, explicit assumptions, human approvals, firm playbooks, and institutional memory that survives the conversation.
Can I add teammates to Pro?
Pro is a single-seat plan. For shared deals, IC memo generation, cross-deal learning, and team collaboration, Team is the right fit — it starts at 2 seats. Add seats as you grow.
What does Team cost?
$499/month includes 2 seats and a shared 75,000-credit/month pool. Additional seats are $199/seat/month. Team supports up to 10 active deals at a time, shared diligence, firm playbooks, scenario defense, approvals, institutional learning, and the Pre-LOI Forensic Screen and Full QoE report generation.
When should we consider Enterprise?
Enterprise is appropriate when you need negotiated security and data terms, SSO/SAML, workspace separation, deployment controls, custom usage, or integration work. Controlled-AI mode is roadmap, not a currently included capability; confirm required controls and availability during procurement.
Do you offer a trial?
Two ways. (1) Pro has a 7-day free trial with full access from day one. Upload your own CIM, financials, GL, and tax returns. Run the MCP tools on your real data. No credit card required to start. After 7 days, subscribe at $199/mo to keep going. (2) Team starts at 2 seats ($499/mo) with full platform access, onboarding, and direct engineering support.
Do you offer Enterprise support and compliance?
Enterprise terms can include custom onboarding, support, SSO/SAML, deployment controls, an MSA, DPA, Standard Contractual Clauses, and negotiated audit-retention requirements. SOC 2 Type II remains in progress. Confirm the current availability and contractual scope of each control with Sales.
Start with one business.
Move to Pro when you run deals repeatedly, and to Team when the record needs to compound across your firm.
