Buyers, sellers and deal professionals, introduced on the record
Sellers list with authority to list. Buyers register what they are looking for. Fractional CFOs, advisers, lenders and diligence reviewers offer their services. OloLand matches them, and it reveals contact details only after both sides agree to an introduction. The resulting work is recorded against the deal.
Providers join from Network home once signed in.
Who it serves
Participation and entitlement are set per workspace, so a provider serving three buyers joins from each of their workspaces separately.
Sellers
List a business with written authority to list it. Buyers in the network see a teaser with revenue, earnings and asking ranges, never exact figures, until both sides agree to an introduction.
Buyers
Register a buy mandate by sector, geography, size and structure. The network matches it against active listings, and matches your existing deals to providers who can help close them.
Deal professionals
Fractional CFOs, advisers, lenders and diligence reviewers join with a profile, credentials and coverage. A provider is visible to buyers only after OloLand verifies the provider's identity.
How an introduction happens
- 1
Join and verify
Create a participant profile. OloLand reviews every participant before it goes live, and a provider is activated only once its identity has been verified.
- 2
Match
Listings, mandates and deals are scored against hard criteria first (sector, geography, size, evidence freshness, conflicts) and then ranked. A match is a proposal and reveals nothing.
- 3
Introduce
Either side can request an introduction. Contact details are revealed only after both sides consent. An unanswered request expires after 14 days, and a declined request carries no reason back.
- 4
Engage
An accepted introduction to a provider can become an engagement recorded against the buyer's deal, with its scope, status and agreed fees on the record.
Controls
The network runs on the same system of record as OloLand's diligence workspace. These rules are enforced by the platform, not left to the participants.
- A listing cannot go live without a recorded source authorization naming who granted the right to list it and on what basis.
- Teasers carry ranges only. The seller's evidence stays in the seller's workspace and moves to a buyer only through deliberate deal sharing after an accepted introduction.
- A listing whose evidence is more than 90 days old drops out of matching until the seller refreshes it.
- A conflict register keeps any participant out of a company or deal it is conflicted on, so one participant cannot act on both sides of the same deal.
- Every match, introduction and engagement is recorded, so the deal team can see who was introduced, when and on whose consent.
Access to the network is included in Pro, Team and Enterprise workspaces.
Questions
Fractional CFOs, advisers, lenders and reviewers can join as providers with an OloLand account. Browsing providers, registering a buy mandate, putting a listing live and creating an engagement are included in Pro, Team and Enterprise workspaces.
No. There are no public listing pages. A listing is visible only to network participants, as a teaser with ranges, and it is never shown to a participant who is conflicted on that company.
Nobody, through the network. A teaser shows ranges only. The evidence behind a listing or a deal stays in its own workspace and is shared only if its owner shares the deal after both sides have agreed to an introduction.
Every participant starts as pending. A provider becomes visible to buyers only after OloLand has verified the provider's identity and activated it, and OloLand can suspend a participant at any time. Verification confirms who a provider is. It does not rate the quality of the provider's work.
The platform subscription is OloLand's only published price. Fees for an engagement are agreed for that engagement and recorded on it. No payment is processed through the platform. Lender introductions are courtesy introductions, and no platform fee applies to them.
No. A provider's work is the provider's own, delivered under the provider's own credential. Matches and introductions are not investment advice, a recommendation, or an opinion of value.
The network is new and coverage is still being built, so you may find few providers in your sector or region at first. Providers who join now are the ones buyers will see first.
